Job summary

Chip is building the UK's most personal digital wealth manager, with a CRM-led growth path across onboarding, activation, balance growth and cross-sell. This role owns Growth Path strategy, partnering with Product, Data, Compliance and CRM Build to shape lifecycle experiences and experiments that improve engagement.

You will run rapid experiments, balance quality with speed, and ensure communications meet FCA rules while delivering a service-led, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally fintech
• Campaigns that moved conversions (sign-ups, deposits, upgrades, purchases) and why they worked
• Growth mindset with fast experimentation, willing to test and iterate
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Excellent copywriting that resonates with customers
• Experience building segmentation and multi-step journey logic (entry/exit, triggers)
• Hands-on with customer engagement platforms such as Braze (preferred), Iterable or Customer.io
• Comfortable with A/B testing and interpreting results

Responsibilities

• Grow lifecycle strategies across acquisition, activation, cross-sell and retention
• Plan campaigns end-to-end from brief to launch to results
• Define audience logic and segmentation for campaigns
• Write clear briefs for build teams and partners
• Analyse campaign performance and share learnings
