Job summary

NEVER.NO UK LTD in Manchester, England seeks a Marketing Manager - Content & Growth to shape our content and campaigns and drive organic growth. You’ll craft engaging stories across channels, build audiences, and highlight the company’s unique value to sports, media, creators and brands.

You’ll own the narrative, publish regularly on LinkedIn, YouTube, and our newsletter, and run quarterly campaigns around product launches or timely market moments.

Qualifications

• Established experience in a content or marketing role.
• Portfolio of independent work showing results.
• Strong instincts across organic social, video, editorial, newsletters and distribution.
• Track record of building audiences and engagement through content alone.
• Genuine fluency in sports and media landscapes.
• Ability to extract ideas from product, customers and leadership into external stories.
• Commercial judgement to support Business Development and ICP insight.
• High agency: spot organic opportunities and move quickly to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dizplai Narrative: guardian of brand voice and market positioning.
• Publish regularly: LinkedIn, YouTube and our newsletter with no paid promotion.
• Run standout campaigns each quarter around product launches or timely market events.
• Create lead-generating content and email sequences to grow audience.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Accounts and Product to turn insights into proofs.
• Drive inbound enquiries by turning results into shareable external stories.
