Qualifications

• Holds BASIS qualification.
• Strong agronomy experience, especially in broadacre crops.
• Must have a strong commercial mindset and ability to identify new opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, and organised.
• Full UK driving licence.
• FACTS qualification and related degree are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of grower customers.
• Provide high-quality independent agronomic advice.
• Deliver grant applications support to growers.
