Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Service Charge

Our Reservations & Groups Supervisor will direct the activities of the Reservations Department and be responsible for the overall planning of groups, transient reservations, and maximising inventory. Working closely with the central reservations and front office teams to convert transient reservations, you will drive group sales strategy in liaison with the hotel’s Front Office Manager, whilst maximising sales opportunities by passing all sales leads for new business to our dedicated sales teams.
This is an exciting reactive role that will support the established quality and guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. You will work with our Front Office Manager to ensure the agreed strategies are executed for pricing, management of room inventory, yield hurdles, distribution OTA channels, and market segment mix. You are key in ensuring the hotel capitalises on opportunities and maximises revenues relating to all reservation channels.

The 280-room Hyatt Place London City East, managed by Cycas Hospitality, is the first Hyatt Place in Central London.
