Victim Support is seeking a Group Work Practitioner to deliver group courses for adults affected by crime in Thames Valley. The role is home-based with occasional travel within the area for team meetings and case collaboration.

You will co-facilitate programmes, manage a personal caseload, and work with service staff to provide emotional and practical support. Strong empathy, resilience and commitment to safeguarding are essential.

• Deliver a range of group work courses for adults affected by crime
• Manage your own caseload and collaborate with Thames Valley Adult Victims Service
• Co-facilitate group work programmes and support online/telephone help where needed
• Prioritise tasks and meet competing demands
