Job summary

The Signet Collection seeks a Group Head of Wine to lead strategy and operations for wine across our hotels. You’ll be the go-to wine guru, training teams and delivering confident, engaging guidance to guests.

Based at The Mitre by Hampton Court, West London, with regular travel to properties and suppliers. You’ll require a Sommelier Level 3+ qualification, strong commercial sense, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven wine and beverage management experience.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• WSET training for teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the wine guru across the collection and train teams.
• Assist in sourcing wines and managing supplier relations.
• Oversee wine pricing, stock and margins across hotels.
• Lead WSET training for hotel teams.
• Deliver engaging wine experiences during guest service.
