Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology is seeking a professionally qualified tax specialist to lead end-to-end tax governance across the Group. The role combines technical tax leadership with pragmatic business partnering to ensure compliance, robust controls and risk management.

You will own direct and indirect tax matters, coordinate external advisors and support business initiatives with clear tax advice. A senior stakeholder role with strong governance expectations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified tax specialist (CTA/ACA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in a Group or multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical tax expertise with pragmatic commercial application.
• Experience managing audits, external advisors and complex tax issues.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior levels.
• Strong governance mindset with emphasis on documentation and risk management.
• Systems savvy with ability to improve tax processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tax governance across the Group, ensuring compliance and strong controls.
• Act as senior tax authority within Finance, aligning with accounting and external advisors.
• Lead direct tax obligations including corporation tax compliance and disclosures.
• Oversee indirect taxes (VAT, WHT), filings, reconciliations and systems controls.
• Provide input into month-end and year-end tax balances and disclosures across entities.
• Coordinate external tax advisors, scope work and implement recommendations.
• Support business initiatives with tax structuring advice and risk assessment.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation of tax reporting.
