Job summary

New City College is seeking a motivated Group Staff Development Coordinator to shape and deliver staff development across NCC. You will work with curriculum and professional services teams to plan Staff Development Days, CPD programmes and partnership initiatives that support staff growth, wellbeing and success.

• Experience coordinating staff development events or training programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Staff Development Days and CPD events across the group.
• Design and produce staff development resources and guides.
• Arrange presenters, venues, and logistics for events.
• Maintain CPD records, attendance and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with curriculum and services teams to support staff wellbeing.
