An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive sales leader to take charge of a major dual-site operation representing two of Europe’s most recognised and established volume vehicle brands.

Based in the Plymouth area, this is a hands-on Group Sales Manager position with responsibility for new and used vehicle sales across two busy showrooms. You’ll be joining a long-established, highly respected South West dealer group with deep roots in the local market and a reputation built over generations.

Leading from the front, you’ll inspire, motivate and develop the sales teams to maximise performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. This is not a desk-bound management role. Success will come from being visible on the showroom floor, driving activity, supporting negotiations, coaching your teams and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
