Job summary

Montcalm Collection is seeking a Group Revenue Manager to lead pricing, inventory, and revenue optimisation across its London hotel portfolio. The role involves coaching hotel revenue teams, analysing market dynamics, and collaborating with sales and e-commerce to maximise revenue and maintain brand positioning.

You will forecast demand, monitor ADR/RevPAR, and present insights to senior management, while ensuring alignment with budgets and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience.
• Experience in a multi-property or cluster role.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury hotel operations and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, RMS, and channel management software.
• Marriott One Yield certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day revenue operations for the allocated hotel portfolio.
• Yield pricing on daily/weekly/monthly basis; ensure rate parity across channels.
• Provide strategic rate recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
• Manage extranets and load FIT allocations; handle group enquiries and quotes.
• Optimise inventory and control overbooking to maximise room revenue.
• Monitor distribution channels and rate returns; adjust pricing as needed.
• Analyze promotions, market mix, and performance; report results monthly.
• Forecast revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR; align with budget and prior year.
