Job summary

Zanda, London-based partner to high-growth software start-ups, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will own month-end closing under IFRS and US GAAP, and report to Group Financial Controller, collaborating with the CFO.

This role sits in the Central London office (3 days on site). You will drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit while guiding stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Able to streamline the monthly close cycle with strong controls.
• Experience in a high-growth tech/Software business.
• Consolidation experience, ideally investor-backed.
• Proven leadership to develop a London-based team.

Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a Private Equity backed International Software business who have operations across 10+ countries. With a head office in the US, they are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join the team in London. As Financial Reporting Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and partnering the CFO, you will own the month end close and drive and lead key financial process improvements. The business are in the office 3 days a week in Central London.

What experiences you will gain

• Leading the financial reporting process under IFRS and US GAAP
• Streamlining and improving the monthly close cycle, ensuring robust checks and controls are present
• Maintaining appropriate accounting policies for the Group and keeping track of changes in accounting policies and standards
