Job summary

Howden is seeking a Head of Group Reporting to lead the consolidation and external reporting activities for a complex global organisation. The role is a full-time fixed-term contract based in Central London, onsite 3 days per week on average.

You will drive reporting excellence, manage EY relations, and lead a small team in a high-paced environment with multiple reporting cycles and stakeholder demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading group consolidation and external reporting within a large, complex international organisation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, incl. consolidation of financial statements.
• Experience managing external audit relationships and coordinating audit deliverables.
• Demonstrated success leading finance change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple reporting cycles and stakeholders.
• People leadership including coaching, development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead external reporting and consolidate Group financial statements.
• Be main liaison with EY and auditors.
• Act as SME in change programs across tax, treasury, finance and business units.
• Collaborate across Finance and wider Group teams on cross-functional reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of five staff and two contractors.
