Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting a Head of Reporting for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract in Greater London. The role leads group reporting, consolidation and external financial reporting, with oversight of the technical accounting function and consolidation teams.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, with extensive UK listed company experience and strong IFRS/UK GAAP expertise. You will interact with auditors and senior stakeholders and drive delivery of the annual report and interim

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
Significant experience with UK listed companies.
Experience preparing and reviewing listed Group accounts, annual reports and interim statements.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Proven leadership of Group Reporting / Controllership teams.
Experience liaising with auditors, Audit Committees and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of the annual report, interim financial statements and monthly Group reporting.
Own the Group consolidation process, including cash flow, FX, reserves and post-close adjustments.
Oversee technical accounting and new IFRS implementations.
Act as main contact for external auditors, senior leadership and Audit Committee.
Draft and review Audit Committee and technical accounting papers.
Lead, coach and develop the wider Group Reporting & Consolidation team.
