Job summary

Broster Buchanan in London seeks an experienced Group Reporting Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to own group reporting, consolidation, and financial controls. This role leads month-end processes, reviews consolidated statements, and supports senior stakeholders with insightful commentary.

You will coordinate with regional finance teams, ensure IFRS compliance, and contribute to internal control improvements while supporting the external audit and ongoing reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in group reporting, consolidation, and senior financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to interpret complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly group reporting and consolidation process with accurate timely results.
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities across multi-entity structure.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management packs for senior leadership.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Analyse variances, provide commentary, and support external audit processes.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and quality.
