We are currently recruiting for a Group Relief Night Manager to join the team at Firmdale Hotels.

Working closely with all Night Managers and taking direction from the Group Night Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the overnight operation across our 8 London properties. You need to be confident and flexible to adapt to a variety of scenarios and situations across the business, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.

Main Duties

• Responsible for the security of the hotel during the night
• Constant monitoring of service standards
• Conduct regular health and safety checks
• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service
• Establish strong and professional relationships with guests
• Manage incidents or accidents involving guests or staff
• Support all departments operationally as needed
• Run night audit and produce nightly reports for senior management

Skills

• Previous experience as a Night Manager in a 5* hotel
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Resilience and drive to get things right first time
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera is desirable
• Conduct spot checks as directed by the Group Night Manager
• Assist with updating and writing night SOPs
