Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving business growth? We are looking for a Group Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East side of our Midlands Enterprise Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.

As a Group Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and support Registered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
Ensure full regulatory compliance, striving for Outstanding ratings across all territories.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase client numbers and market share.
Oversee care quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Engage with local communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
Monitor KPIs and business performance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
