About the Company

Our client is a leading UK and Ireland based construction company specialising in Residential and Commercial projects. With a turnover of over £150 million per annum, their expertise spans a wide range of projects, from large-scale developments to smaller, complex projects. Values typically range from £10m to £30m.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced HSEQ Manager to support the group across the UK and Ireland on projects ranging from £10m to £30m. The role involves driving a positive HSEQ and Sustainability culture by engaging stakeholders at all levels, developing and delivering strategic improvements, ensuring compliance with best practices, and mitigating company-wide risks.

Requirements

• Demonstrable skills developed with a Main Contractor in a similar position.
• Currently in a senior managerial role.
• NEBOSH diploma qualification.
• Strong management experience with clients, contractors, and teams.
