Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team building the platform enabling any company to offer its own mobile service. You will guide APIs, network integrations, and customer experiences, setting direction across multiple product areas and staying hands-on with the hardest problems.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management, strong API/platform experience, and a proven ability to work with customers and engineers to ship impactful products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years leading PMs.
• Experience shipping in platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems.
• Strong judgment with imperfect information.
• Customer-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear written communication and ownership mindset.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PMs to deliver against KPIs with clear ownership.
• Own strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas.
• Stay hands-on from discovery to build-vs-buy decisions and launch.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to turn vision into execution.
• Work with customers, network partners, and internal teams to validate solutions and drive outcomes.
• Shape how the product org works, including AI/automation integration.
