Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling platforms to embed global connectivity into products. As Senior Product Manager, Consumer Mobile, you will own the consumer native app end to end and drive its UX, operations, and growth, shipping products used by real users daily.

You will collaborate with B2B customers, design teams, and engineers to deliver a market-leading mobile experience, while balancing commercial and user metrics and a strong product sense for

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer mobile shipping experience.
• Shipped iOS/Android apps that real consumers use daily.
• Strong product taste for mobile-native UX patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with B2B customers and prospects to build leading MVNO apps that convert well, elevate brands, and lead with self-service and automation.
• Own the consumer native app end to end, including operations, support flows, commercial model, user journey, and quality.
• Prototype and partner with design to push the bar on consumer mobile craft — animations, ergonomics and speed.
• Own consumer-facing app metrics: conversion, revenue, session quality, contact rates, NPS, store ratings.
• Drive experimentation and qualitative research; this role lives close to actual end users.
• Work with implementation managers and partner PMs to ensure the app surface scales across implementations.
