Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data and analytics products that transform store, digital and operational data into trusted assets. You will guide a team of Senior Product Managers, partner with Engineering and Delivery, and drive value across customers and colleagues.

You will champion agile delivery, mentor your team, and influence stakeholders while delivering outcomes that improve revenue, reduce costs and enhance customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• You’re a leader capable of guiding cross‑functional groups to deliver customer data products that align with business goals.
• You’ll build, coach and motivate a team of Product/Senior Product Managers to deliver a portfolio of products with clear goals and backlogs.
• You’re a Product person who balances customer value with technical feasibility and can drive change through people and technology.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring all activity is prioritised in line with business strategy and goals.
• Provide leadership and line management for Senior Product Managers delivering core data products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, architects, analysts, and data scientists to prioritise work and resolve conflicts.
• Arbitrate competing priorities and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business.
• Support communication and resolution of live product incidents and ensure timely production issue handling.
