Job summary
Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Group People Systems Manager to lead the operational delivery, optimisation and future development of workforce systems across the BSW Hospitals Group. You will champion standardisation, user-centred design and ensure readiness for the NHS Future Workforce Solution.
The role requires a systems leader with NHS experience, strong stakeholder relationships and a track record of delivering digital transformation and service improvement
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in HRIS/IS or related field.
- Experience managing People Systems or enterprise HR systems in NHS or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Group People Systems team to deliver a high-performing service.
- Drive standardisation and optimisation of workforce systems across the group.
- Support implementation of new technologies, including NHS Future Workforce Solution readiness.
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with organisational needs.
- Collaborate with People Services, Workforce Intelligence, Digital to streamline processes.
