Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting a Group Operations Director for a leading building products manufacturer in the UK. You will assume overall responsibility for the Group's manufacturing and operational performance, driving efficiency, integration and growth across sites.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will lead strategic group-level operations while delivering hands-on leadership to ensure high productivity, quality and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with multi-site operations and change management.
• Track record of driving productivity, quality and profitability.
• Ability to coach and develop senior operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across locations and sites.
• Lead manufacturing strategy and KPI governance.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
