SF Partners in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire, is recruiting a hands-on Group Marketing Manager to shape activity across a portfolio of visitor destinations, attractions and events across the UK.

You will own the marketing process from strategy through concept, delivery and performance reporting, working with senior leaders to drive attendance and measurable revenue growth.

This role combines strategy, creativity and campaign delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and continually review the group's annual marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Build seasonal and campaign plans around key trading periods, events, attractions and launches.
  • Identify priority audiences using customer insight, market research and performance data.
  • Develop clear customer propositions and messaging that reflect audience motivations and needs.
  • Identify opportunities to attract new visitors, increase repeat visits and grow customer value.
  • Present marketing strategies, major campaign concepts and significant changes in direction for senior approval.
  • Take ownership of integrated campaigns from initial opportunity and concept through to launch and review.
  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, creative ideas, channel mix, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
  • Coordinate activity across digital, social media, email, PR, print, outdoor advertising and on-site marketing.
  • Deliver campaigns for seasonal events, new attractions, products, experiences and promotions.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to deliver activity accurately, on time and within budget.
  • Monitor results throughout each campaign, optimise performance and apply findings to future activity.
  • Generate original campaign ideas that capture attention and deliver commercial results.
  • Identify opportunities across social media, PR, experiences and emerging marketing channels.
  • Own campaign messaging, copywriting, creative briefs and content calendars.
  • Coordinate designers, photographers, videographers and creative partners to produce effective marketing assets.
  • Develop engaging content that builds audiences, encourages sharing and supports brand awareness.
  • Ensure content and marketing materials follow agreed brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Own the group's digital marketing strategy and performance.
  • Manage website content, SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social media and email marketing.
  • Improve online customer journeys, booking funnels and conversion rates.
  • Review website, content and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data to strengthen customer acquisition, online bookings and repeat engagement.

Group Marketing Manager

Salary:£40,000-£48,000 per annum
Location:Ingoldmells,Lincolnshire
Contract:Full-time
Reports to:UK Finance & Commercial Director

Opportunity

SF Partners are working exclusively with a growing leisure,entertainment and attractions group to recruit a creative,commercially minded Group Marketing Manager.

Operating a varied portfolio of visitor destinations,attractions and events across the UK,the business offers the opportunity to shape marketing activity across multiple brands,audiences and locations.

This is a hands-on senior marketing role combining strategy,creativity and campaign delivery. You will take ownership of the marketing process,from identifying customer opportunities and developing campaign concepts through to delivery,optimisation and performance reporting.

Working closely with the Strategic Brand & Partnerships Manager and wider leadership team,you will develop campaigns that increase visitor attendance,strengthen customer engagement and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Audience Development
