Your new company

A UK-based property investor and developer with assets in the UK, EMEA & US. The company is privately owned and currently in a growth phase, especially regarding their international portfolio.

Your new role

This role is based at the London headquarters and is part of a team of 20, reporting to the Financial Controller. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of assets, managing reporting and commercial outputs.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts pack with commentary
• Variance analysis
• Budgets versus actuals
• Supervision of outsourced provider and review of accounts
• Liaison and partnership with divisional asset heads
• Support on the statutory process

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified accountant with experience in the property sector. The ideal candidate will have exposure to management reporting and working with non-finance stakeholders.
