Property Business with International Assets - Group Management Accountant

A well-known property business with international assets is looking for a Group Management Accountant.

Your new company

A UK-based property investor and developer with assets in the UK, EMEA, and US. The company is privately owned and currently in a growth phase, especially regarding their international portfolio.

Your new role

This role is based at the London headquarters and is part of a team of 20, reporting to the Financial Controller. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of assets, including reporting and commercial outputs.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of monthly management accounts pack with commentary
2. Variance analysis
3. Budgets versus actuals
4. Supervision of outsourced providers and review of accounts
5. Liaison and partnership with divisional asset heads
6. Support during statutory processes

Requirements

You should be a qualified accountant with experience in the property sector. The ideal candidate will have exposure to management reporting and working with non-finance stakeholders.
