Job summary

Bettys & Taylors Group in Harrogate is seeking a Group Management Accountant to own monthly management accounts across the Group and Central Services. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge spend and support strategic decisions.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, VAT and Corporation Tax, audit coordination and process improvements. It is a full-time, hybrid role with flexible hours, offering a strong benefits package and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior-level management accounting experience.
• Strong VAT and Corporation Tax knowledge with practical application.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts for Group and Central Services.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Consolidate Group accounts for Board reporting and drive insights.
