ISP Group Management Accountant
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Group Management Accountant reports directly to the Group Accounting Controller.
The role is to support the finance, treasury and tax team with processes involved in the monthly and annual accounts, debt and cash management.
Based in our central office in Wimbledon, London. This is a hybrid role working up to 3 days a week from home.

Key Responsibilities
Management Accounting and financial reporting
  • Monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for Head office companies.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and relevant invoice requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate control processes are adhered to and help implement process improvements.
  • Dealing with accounting queries on a timely basis.
  • Assist with preparation of statutory financial statements for UK Holding companies.
  • Active involvement in the year end audit process for the UK Holding and trading companies.
  • Business partnering with Netsuite on the roll out of enhancement modules across the group.
Treasury Management
  • Responsible for calculating intercompany recharges and franchise fees based on analysis of underlying costs.
  • Monthly intercompany invoicing - franchise fee and recharges.
  • Intercompany loans - posting and reconciling Netsuite to underlying loan schedules.
Other Tasks
  • Responsible for VAT return submissions.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the head office finance function.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and a relevant finance qualification (e.g. AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or local equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail, strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with all members and levels of the organization.
  • Growth mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the drive to progress.
Desirable
  • Prior experience in using NetSuite applications or any other ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive, passionate, personable, results oriented, ambitious professional, who is keen to progress within a global organisation.
  • Cross-functional teamwork experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English a requirement. Additional language skills an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision.
