IN2 Consult are partnering with a growing company based in Dartford on their recruitment of a Group Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

This opportunity requires a candidate with proven ability with strong management accounting experience who is experienced in working within a multi-entity environment. This role will play a key part in driving and shaping the business during an exciting period of growth.

This Group Management Accountant role includes the following responsibilities:

• Take ownership of preparing management reporting packs, including prepayments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis against the budget, and fixed assets.
• Support the audit process, ensuring alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
• Use your expertise to enhance the finance function by improving controls, processes, and overall professionalism.
• Lead the consolidation of three entities, with a future focus on automation.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders responsible for completing statutory reporting.

The ideal candidate for this Group Management Accountant role will have the following experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with at least 2 years' PQE
• Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts
• Experience in supporting audit processes
• Prior track record in multi-entity consolidations
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work well individually or as part of a team
• Ability to drive business performance and implement process improvements
• ERP system implementation experience (desired but not essential)
