Job summary

Alexander Hotels are a collection of five luxury hotels, seeking a Group Maintenance Assistant and Painter to support onsite maintenance teams across 5 properties. You will report to the Operations Director and coordinate with General Managers on priority tasks needing support.

You will demonstrate confidence in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical and painting, while contributing to a high standard of guest-facing facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks in guest/customer environments.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical and painting work.
• Multi-skilled with the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle reactive and planned maintenance to keep hotels and spas in excellent order.
• Carry out painting tasks, from interior rooms to exterior areas and Wood staining where required.
