Job summary

Warner Hotels in Herefordshire is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a large, multi-skilled team. You will perform internal and external painting and decorating, carry out preparation works, and manage minor repairs to surfaces and structures to keep the building looking its best and fully functional.

Working with the Maintenance Team Supervisor, you will contribute to guest journey excellence, develop your skills through in-house training and externally recognised qualifications, and

Qualifications

• A skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparation works to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance for hotel building, ensuring all areas are fully functional.
• Maintain and decorate surfaces, carry out minor repairs and prepare walls for decorating.
• Work independently with the maintenance team to support guest experience.
• Use and maintain a range of equipment including hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.
