Job summary

Talent Drive are supporting a growing group to appoint a Group M&A Manager near High Wycombe. The role covers the full M&A lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal execution, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group.

You will build models, prepare papers for leadership, and coordinate due diligence with external advisers. A hybrid or on-site approach is available, with a strong deal pipeline and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• M&A experience across small to mid-sized transactions
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop acquisition opportunities with senior stakeholders
• Support M&A pipeline and strategic targeting
• Build financial models, business cases and valuations
• Prepare investment papers for leadership and board
• Assist negotiations using DCF and market data
• Coordinate due diligence with legal teams and advisers
• Maintain acquisition pipeline reporting and post-investment reviews
• Support regulatory and governance considerations throughout the process
