A vacancy has arisen for a Group Leader of a new software development focussed group in the Southwest within the Software and Digital Architecture area.
- Degree level qualified in a relevant academic area.
- Knowledge and experience of software delivery lifecycles and methodologies
- Knowledge and experience of a range of software languages and technologies.
- Knowledge and experience of data science, AI and/or modelling.
- Knowledge and experience of the risks associated with delivering software services and products.
- Experience working in the Defence and Energy Industries and experience of developing new clients.
- Experience in developing solutions and products for customers and delivering subsequent programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
- Visible leadership to the group and customers.
Requirements
The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Software
- Understand the technical and commercial pathways to providing all aspects of Software design technologies to new and existing customers
- Understand and provide evidence of the Frazer-Nash Core and Group Leader Competencies
- Have a robust understanding of Frazer-Nash working practices
