Practicus is seeking a Group KYC Technical Lead in Ipswich for a hybrid role with 2 days in-office. You will act as the final technical authority during a critical transformation, guiding complex KYC cases and empowering the offshore team.

Qualifications

• Extensive KYC/AML expertise across onboarding, refresh, remediation, and triggers.
• Experience guiding offshore delivery teams and establishing playbooks.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical SME for KYC systems, workflows, and Salesforce execution.
• Provide day-to-day oversight, QA feedback, and coaching to offshore team.
• Apply expert risk judgement to resolve legacy backlogs and non-standard files.
• Translate operational pain points into Salesforce system fixes to improve data quality.
• Build relationships with Compliance, Financial Crime, and business teams to align requirements.
• Create decision trees, playbooks, and SOPs to embed lasting operational practices.
• Lead KYC/AML across onboarding, refresh, remediation, and triggers.
• Experience in insurance broking or broader financial services.
• Lead and mentor offshore delivery partners Autonomous operation under pressure.
• Navigate customer risk, ownership structures, sanctions, and documentation confidently.
• Drive process standardization and post-restructure transformations.
• Support offshore model integrations when transforming processes.
