The Morson Group in London seeks an experienced Group Information Security Director to lead our cyber-security function. You will own the strategy, governance framework and risk management, advising senior executives and Boards while advancing security maturity across diverse businesses.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who translates technical risk into business impact, builds pragmatic security frameworks, and partners with executive leadership to enable growth and transformation.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in cybersecurity at group or enterprise level.
• Expertise in security governance, risk management and assurance.
• Proven ability to engage board-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party and supplier risk.
• Led incident response across complex environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and widely recognised frameworks.

Group Information Security Director

London

Brand new opportunity for an experienced cyber-security leader to join an organisation at a time of key change and growth. You’ll have a real opportunity to make your mark and develop the function.

As Group Information Security Director, you will take ownership of the Group’s cyber-security strategy, governance framework and risk management approach, providing trusted advice to senior executives and Boards while driving security maturity across multiple businesses.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys operating at a strategic level, influencing stakeholders, translating technical risk into commercial impact, and building pragmatic security frameworks in complex environments.

Key experience sought includes:

• Senior cyber-security leadership experience
• Security governance, risk and assurance expertise
• Board-level stakeholder engagement
• Third-party and supplier risk management
• Incident response leadership
• Experience of ISO 27001, NIST and recognised security frameworks

You’ll play a key role in establishing Group-wide security standards, providing oversight of cyber risk, supporting M&A activity and ensuring appropriate controls are embedded across a diverse portfolio of businesses. Previous exposure to private equity, portfolio environments, M&A activity or multi-company organisations would be advantageous.
