Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a Group HR Manager in Spalding to lead HR across a diverse set of businesses. You will balance day-to-day HR delivery with driving meaningful improvements and support a small HR team, collaborating with managers and senior leaders to shape the future of HR across the group.

You will own recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR while helping build a workplace where people can develop, perform and succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience and a sound understanding of UK employment practice.
• Confidence managing employee relations matters, making informed decisions and knowing when specialist advice is required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships while having honest, constructive conversations.
• Experience helping managers take greater ownership of their teams and improve people management.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence using HR systems, data and reporting to identify issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR, providing practical advice and consistent handling of issues.
• Drive performance improvements by supporting managers to improve attendance, engagement and retention.
• Develop talent through strengthening workforce planning, appraisals and learning and development processes.
• Improve group HR systems, records and reporting to provide meaningful information for better decisions.
• Lead the HR team and oversee payroll delivery in partnership with Finance.
• Support wider business needs by overseeing facilities and eligible business-service projects and grant applications.
