Folk Recruitment Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function, aligning people strategies with business goals. You will work closely with senior leaders, shape the employee experience, and drive recruitment, workforce planning, talent management and ER across a global operation.

The role is on-site in Rotherham, five days a week, and requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, CIPD Level 7, and a proven track record in manufacturing

Qualificações

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Extensive generalist HR expertise including ER, recruitment, performance, and talent development.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.
• Experience with HR KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and unionised settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the HR function, partnering with senior leaders.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and talent management.
• Manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead organisational change programmes including restructuring and redundancies.
• Develop HR budgets and monitor KPIs and data trends.
• Ensure HR policies align with business needs and environment.
