Job summary

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate and knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
• Experience leading H&S professionals across multiple sites
• Design and monitor effective health and safety management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Group Health & Safety operations and programme delivery
• Develop and manage Health & Safety team objectives and resources
• Provide practical guidance to leaders and stakeholders on safety matters
• Oversee workplace inspections, audits and assurance activities
• Coordinate governance and performance reporting on safety risks
• Manage incident investigations, corrective actions and learning
• Lead safety programmes for workplace changes, openings, relocations and major projects
• Foster a proactive safety culture through collaboration across the organisation
