London – Hybrid Working
We are working with one of the UK’s leading Out of Home media businesses to find an Agency Group Head to lead one of its most important agency patches.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OOH salesperson who is ready to step into a broader leadership role, combining senior agency relationships, commercial strategy and team development.
Importantly, you don’t need to already be an Agency Group Head. If you’re a strong Account Director or Senior Account Director who has mentored others, has excellent agency relationships and feels ready to take the next step into management, we would love to hear from you.
You’ll take responsibility for a major agency group, working across Dentsu and Publicis, leading a team of Agency Account Directors and Account Managers.
The patch includes significant existing spend as well as plenty of opportunity for further growth, so the role is about protecting and developing key relationships while identifying where additional revenue can be unlocked.
Responsibilities include:
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in OOH media sales who understands the agency landscape and is ready to take on greater responsibility.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous formal management experience is useful but not essential. This could be the ideal first leadership role for a high-performing senior agency salesperson.
Alongside a competitive salary and bonus, the role offers hybrid working with three days in the London office and two from home, plus an excellent benefits package.
It’s a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile agency patch, inherit some significant relationships and make your mark within one of the biggest names in UK Out of Home.
