Job Description:

London South Bank University (LSBU) is one of London's largest and oldest universities with 31,000 students and around 2,000 staff. Since 1892, the University has provided vocationally-relevant, accredited, and professionally recognized education. LSBU has a large estate portfolio with over 20 buildings totaling 120,000m2, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, and Croydon.

The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across LSBU's estate. The role involves planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development, covering campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.

Candidates should have experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts, with strong technical knowledge and excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
