Elior Stadia in the UK is seeking a Group Head Chef to lead and develop teams across multiple sites, recruit, induct, train and support colleagues to deliver a high‑quality service for Elior UK, clients and customers.

You will motivate and manage teams, control budgets, drive financial growth, oversee safety, COSHH, and regulatory compliance, and lead innovative menu planning. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of successfully managing multiple teams across sites.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership.
• Budget management and financial oversight.
• COSHH, food safety, H&S and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites.
• Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth.
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including reporting and client liaison.
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations and environmental policies.
