Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cooking experience.
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed.
• Ability to lead a team and co-ordinate service.
• Keep menus up to date and manage what food is on offer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard.
• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked.
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer.
• Offer a warm and friendly service.
• Lead a team and coordinate service.
