Chef Results Ltd in Headingley, West Yorkshire, invites a Group Head Chef to lead catering across 3 care home kitchens in the Leads Area. This hands-on role focuses on menus, rotas, and delivering nutritionally balanced, visually appealing meals for residents, with attention to dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in multi-outlet fresh food kitchens in hotel settings.
• Strong understanding of dietary needs and special diets.
• Knowledge of health & safety and hygiene legislation.
• Good communication and a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering across 3 care home kitchens in the Leads Area.
• Plan menus and staff rotas; ensure nutritionally balanced meals.
• Prepare visually appealing breakfasts, lunches and light teas.
• liaise with care staff to meet residents' dietary needs and plan events.
