Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or willingness to achieve it)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Experience in care or hospitality catering environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering operation and create a welcoming dining experience for residents
• Train and support the catering team and manage rotas
• Oversee food ordering, stock control, waste, and dietary needs
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
• Build relationships with residents to enhance dining experiences
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and COSHH
