You will manage menu planning, food preparation, stock control, compliance and budgets, focusing on presentation, dietary needs and food safety while minimising waste and fostering a supportive, career‑progressive kitchen

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in running a kitchen.
• Ability to plan menus and ensure nutritional standards.
