TipTopJob is seeking a Group General Manager to lead up to five premium restaurants across the South West and London. You will steer day-to-day operations, drive guest experience and protect each concept's identity while reporting into the owners.

You’ll bring Michelin-standard rigor, ownership of budgets and cost control, and a hands-on leadership style to coach GM layer, build strong teams, and grow the business as travel between regions necessitates strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership across up to five sites.
• Premium dining background, ideally Michelin-standard environments.
• Commercially confident with P&L ownership.
• Hands-on leader who coaches managers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day performance across up to five premium restaurants.
• Support and develop GMs with clear direction and accountability.
• Drive service standards, guest experience and consistency while protecting each restaurant's identity.
• Bring Michelin-standard structure and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of group-wide financial performance, budgets and cost control.
• Build strong teams with focus on retention, development and succession.
• Improve systems and processes as the business grows.
• Work closely with owners on restaurant performance and future plans.
