Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Group General Manager to lead up to five premium restaurants across the South West and London, with travel between sites. You’ll partner with owners and site GMs to elevate performance, service standards and financial results, while maintaining each venue’s unique identity.

The ideal candidate has a seasoned background in premium dining, is hands-on on the floor, and excels at coaching managers, budgeting and cost control across a growing group.

Qualifications

• An experienced Group GM, multi-site leader or Senior GM ready to take the next step.
• A strong premium dining background, ideally within Michelin-standard or similarly exacting restaurants.
• Commercially confident and comfortable taking ownership of the P&L.
• A visible, hands-on leader who still gets a kick out of service.
• Able to coach, challenge and bring out the best in your managers.
• Experience within an owner-operated business would be a real advantage.
• Ambitious, collaborative and comfortable travelling between the South West and London.

Location: South West, with travel to London
Salary: £70,000–£90,000 plus bonus

I’m looking for a Group General Manager to lead up to five premium restaurants across the South West and London.

This is a growing, owner-led group with individual concepts, strong foundations and plenty of ambition.You’ll work closely with the owners and site GMs, bringing the team together, strengthening performance and making sure the detail is right in every restaurant.

You’ll need to love being in the restaurants, supporting your managers and leading from the floor, while keeping a clear view of the numbers.
