Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a Group Finance Business Partner based in Cambridge to lead budgeting and forecasting for multiple units. You will collaborate with the FP&A team and senior management to communicate financial insights and drive opportunities and risks across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree level education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role in a sales-driven, fast-paced organisation.
• Proven ability to own and lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Experience managing people and influencing senior directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and two reforecasts for own business units.
• Prepare and present each business unit to the Executive and Senior Management teams.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and Group Commercial Finance Manager throughout the year on budgeting and reforecasting.
• Support external stakeholders across all business units.
