Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and partnering with stakeholders. The role is initially 6 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will oversee budgeting, monthly forecasts, and financial modelling while supporting commercial decision-making and KPI analysis. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in Medway.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience producing budgets and forecasts at a high level.
• Proven business partnering experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Excel ability.
• Experience in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with business unit stakeholders.
• Run the monthly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and initiatives.
• Deliver analysis on month-end financial and operational results.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into performance drivers.
• Analyse revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and working capital.
• Manage a team of Finance Business Partners.
