Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is seeking an FP&A Manager who will report to the CFO, lead a small team, and own budgeting, forecasting, and commercial partnering. This is a 6-month contract with potential for permanent appointment.

Based in Medway, the role offers hybrid working with two days in the office and three from home, and a day rate commensurate with experience up to £90,000. You will deliver robust plans and insights to drive value.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience of producing budgets and forecasts at a high level
• Proven business partnering experience - creating and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders and enabling finance to be at the forefront of the organisation
• Strong Excel ability
• Experience in a deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• Leading and completing the annual budgeting process, working closely with the business unit stakeholders to ensure plans for the following year are robust and accurate
• Running the monthly forecasting processes
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Delivering analysis on month-end financial and operational results
• Monitoring KPIs and providing insights into performance drivers
• Analysing revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and working capital
• Managing a team of Finance Business Partners
