Job summary

Podium Search - Finance & Accounting is partnering with a growing group to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager. You will own group consolidation, drive statutory reporting, and lead technical accounting matters, while strengthening controls and governance across the group.

As a qualified accountant, you will partner with senior stakeholders, manage the audit process, and mentor the finance team in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical/audit grounding.
• Experience in group reporting within a multi-entity or international structure.
• Confident in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

We’re partnering with a successful, expanding group to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager who will take ownership of consolidated reporting, technical accounting and group‑wide financial governance. This is a key hire for a business scaling in complexity and ambition.

The Role

You’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful group financial reporting, ensuring the business has the clarity and confidence it needs to make informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Reporting and Technical Accounting, you’ll strengthen controls, enhance reporting quality and play a central role in year‑end and audit processes.
